Project Playhouse

In 2008 Affinity Fine Homes participated in HomeAid's Project Playhouse charity. As Atlanta’s annual signature fundraiser, Project Playhouse features a showcase of extraordinary playhouses designed and built by some of Atlanta’s premier architects and home builders. These child-size dream homes are fully furnished by professional interior designers and exquisitely appointed with custom home details such as built-in bookcases, beaded board paneling, hardwood floors and custom woodwork.

Affinity Fine Homes with wonderful assistance from their partner companies received four major awards for their contribution of The Oxford a mirror of one of their recently completed fine homes.

Affinity Fine Homes values their relationships with the community and is always looking for ways to give back to the people in the very place they work and also live.

Smyrna Education Taskforce

Affinity Fine Homes own Christian Brown recently volunteered to serve with the Smyrna Education Taskforce looking to assist a better understanding of the concerns of both parents and teachers in the Smyrna Education system. Christian participated in seminars, study classes and surveys in the general community to allow the taskforce to reach its goals. Christian commented "The best part of my particpating in the taskforce was the valuable insight I personally gained into the challenges of both parents and teachers in the education system today".
